 Pet Name: erito568 Owner: flamegirl42 Breed: Tonu About erito568: My beloved golden Tonu, erito568. He is my pride and joy. What's more, he was a pound pet. I picked him up at the pound one day while looking for a new pet to add to my small family. He was a red Tonu and very sick. His old owner had left him just when he had contracted Neomonia, or so I understood. He even had a cheap petpet on him when I picked him up. It looked like his old owner didn't even care if that petpet was thrown away either; they just wanted Erito gone. Perhaps they couldn't cure his disease? That is the only reason I can think that anyone would have thrown this amazing Tonu away. I quickly healed and fed him, giving him his own petpet, Julius the Garfir, a fire horn decoration, and a fancy sun background. Although, I started to see that a pet as special as this deserved something more... He needed something... but what? And then I realized, he needed a new color! And what better color than gold? Soon, and with what little neopoints I had, I gave him his fabulous color, and he is the talk of his friends. He's like a living trophy! His brother and sister, my Eyrie and Aisha envy him, especially GuardianOne, the Eyrie. He is still basic red and has yet to be colored. His sister, the Aisha, isn't quite so jealous, since she is striped (I picked her up at the pound that way), but they are all the best of friends and get along famously. Erito is very modest. He loves to roam and make friends. Even his playmates in our neighborhood love him for his strong character. He seems shy, but in fact he is just the strong silent type. I would trust my life to his strength, speed, and devotion. He may look big and slow, but in fact he has lightning speed. I think his old owner used to train him for the Battledome before he was abandoned. I am keeping up his training, though, and I hope to enter him in some real fights soon. He wants so badly to be just as strong as his brother, GuardianOne. I know he will be some day. He is simply so devoted. He loves to travel, especially to the Lost Desert where he can play Pyramids and Swarm. He hopes to get a trophy some day. But for the meantime, I just paint his portrait for the world to see. I hope that some day everyone will see these and love these paintings, but Erito dosn't want too much attention. He prefers to play games and eat, rather than be noticed, although he never minds when others notice the way his horn shines in the sun. Erito is the best pet any owner could have, and I'm more than obsessed with him (I even painted that picture of him myself the old-fashioned way). There was never a better pet, and I'm so glad he's mine. It's just a shame that his previous owner couldn't see what I see in him.
