About Dittiey : It all started with a soft-toy I got when I was born. I called it Ditty and I still have him, even though it's eleven years later. I was in a chat-room with my sister's friend and she told me about Neopets. I rushed to the web-site and created an account. I called myself cathlien and got to work. I wanted to create an Elephante and call it Ditty, for Ditty was an Elephant. Sadly, the name was taken. I tried Dittiy, and it worked. I thought only of the stats back then, and when I had re-rolled it five times and still wasn't happy I tried again with Dittiey. It was on my fifth turn on Dittiey that I realised Neopets weren't there for fighting and using, they were there to be your friends. Quickly I took him to the shops and bought him his needs, not realised that Dittiy was there waiting for me, unborn. My sister who had started Neopets shortly after me told me I shouldn't abandon Dittiy because I was responsible for him, he is as special as Dittiey is. After that it never crossed my mind about abandoning him. Then I lost my password. I lost my account for eight months in which I didn't visit Neopets ever again. I re-accessed the site by mistake and I was on a different computer then. The other computer had memorized my password, and quickly I entered my old account, now nine months old. I fed my pets but realised Dittiey was my favourite. I made another account I wanted to transfer Dittiy to, I wanted Dittiey on one account, Dittiy on another. Quickly I abandoned him, logged in and tried to adopt him, but he was gone, I'd lost him forever. I realised that his new owner would be as nice as I was, and probably wouldn't leave him on his own for eight months. Dittiey and I trained with codestones until I discovered the Shrine, Fruit Machine and the Tombola. The only freebee I knew of was the Healing springs, and I used it when I could. When I was leaving Faerieland Dittiey dragged me to the Wheel of Excitement. Nervously I pulled out 100 NP and gave it to him. He spun the wheel and to my surprise we won 10,000! I rushed of to the shops so he could be white like my soft-toy is, but to my dismay the price had gone from 3000 to 20,000! Both of us were annoyed, we had our hearts set on white. To cheer him up I bought him a Buzzer called BuziBee. Then I made him a web-site, and spent our picking up HTML codes to make it look better. I bought him good food and the 10,000 quickly went down. Dittiey looked at me slaving away at the games to try and get enough NP to buy a white paint brush when he said: "Sambo, it is what's in the inside that counts, appearance doesn't matter as much as soul, beauty is only skin deep." I looked at him, closed my eyes and opened him. I saw past the outside, and he morphed into white and back again. "Oh Dittiey..."
