 Pet Name: Kaitsi Owner: sliver_dragon1 Breed: Draik About Kaitsi: In the beginning, I was only supposed to be the pride creation of my mother’s handy work. She loved to make different kinds of chocolate and in all kinds of shapes but life always had a way of getting in the way of her passion. So day after day, I would sit in the display case and watch my mother, wishing I could help her in some way. And every day I would see her get pulled away from her passion to handle life. It was on a cold winter night, when the chocolate shop was closed down that I was woken up. I tried my best to see what was going on but all I could see was a faint blue glow. As I continued to watch, I saw the glowing dim into that of the Space Faerie. She smiled at me before reaching into the display case and pulling me out. When I blinked my eyes, I found myself able to move around. Joy filled me and leapt into the air giving a shout of excitement but the faerie put a finger to her lips and I fell silent. Then she carried me over to the ice box where I knew mother kept all of the ice cream. As the box was opened, I saw a small ice sculpture of a draik almost just like me in the box. I watched in amazement as the Space Faerie brought this little sculpture to life as well. I was staring at an iced version of myself and joy filled me. Cautiously, I reached out a paw to touch the iced creature but the moment we connected, I felt a sudden chill. I yelped in surprise and jumped so high in the air that I landed in a hot coco mug my mother had left out. The heat of the liquid warmed me that I hummed in enjoyment. I slowly lifted my head and found that the iced dragon had jumped back into the freezer after we had touched. Apparently my touch was too warm for her and her touch too cold for me. Our eyes drifted back to the Space Faerie as she laughed at our exchange. She explained our mission to help out our mother but to make sure she doesn’t know of our involvement. So every night when the lights are turned off and the door locked tight, I creep from my display and create the most amazing chocolate treats for mom to sell the next day while my twin sister created beautiful ice sculptures. I always loved seeing my mother’s shocked expression every morning when she opened up the shop and found glorious chocolate everywhere. One night, I was busy make the chocolate and my sister was deep in the freezer when the shop lights suddenly turned on. Dazzled, I looked around and found my mother standing in the doorway, her gaze shifting between myself and my sister, who yelped and suddenly dove back into the freezer. I jumped and hid behind some boxes on the shelf, watching as my mother walked towards me. A smile was upon her face as she set down her hot coco. Overjoyed, I burst from my hiding place and jumped into the mug, spraying hot coco everywhere. Overhearing laughter, I lift my head to see my mother smiling down at me. It was in that moment where she offered to take the both of us home and to help her out in the shop the next day. Over time, I became the owner of the chocolate shop and renamed it Coco Bean. And together with my sister and mom, we create the best chocolates… as a family.
