Start by drawing a circle for the head. Then draw some guide lines for the body.

Now using the guide lines you drew give Isca a neck and a body.

Next add some arms.
|

Now that you have given her arms you need to draw two ovals at the end for hands.
|
|
|
Let's start adding some more details. Draw angular ovals where Isca's eyes will be and also add some fingers.
